We provide delivery of medicines and healthcare products across Pan India in partnering with the leading pharmacies all over the country. We process users' requests at the scheduled time of shipment of the product.

By agreeing to use our platform or purchasing products with us in this platform are to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We appreciate your presence to have a check frequently at our policy structures. If a user is not agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned in our policies, we request to not process with us.


  • We partner with third-party 'Logistic Partners' to deliver your products with us. We provide you with the information of tracking details, carrier name, etc. Our standard timeline guidelines vary range between 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time the user places the order. The estimated time of arrival will be reflected on your confirmation page at our portal. We share information regarding the delivery in sharing details to your registered contact number and to your email address. You agree and understand that the delivery of the product to our users through Logistic Partners, we have the right to ship and deliver the products on our own without engaging any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.

  • You agree on the terms and conditions policy of our platform. We or our Logistic Partners will not deliver the products to several locations as mentioned in our portal.

  • You agree and acknowledge that the time schedule of the arrival may or may not vary based on location. We do take some documentations in confirming you with the process of orders. We are not responsible for the misappropriate address mentioned at the time of delivery details of your products.

  • We deliver products to your destined location as the information of address provided at the time of filling the details of delivery. For instance, the user is not available with his/her busy schedules we attempt to reach in making 3calls for 3days. Delivery charges might be deducted in such cases. We have the right to cancel the orders as mentioned in our policy.

  • While we provide our delivery services within the scheduled time, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of Logistical issues, Climatic conditions, Strikes, Restrictions by the Government, and Natural Calamities. In such cases you will be notified of our message in the written format sent your registered contact number and email address.

  • We provide the best services from MEDATU. We are not responsible for the wrong products delivered, clashes with talks and behaviours of you and delivery agents. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.

  • When you place an order with us, we share the information with our Logistic Partners who provide tracking details. We share the same with a user ordered with us. All the required information will be shared with your contact number, email address and will be displayed on the Home Screen of your account on our platform. We do not assure the time of delivery once the details of the shipment are provided.

  • We have the right to charge or collect shipping fees on products pertaining to the concerns of delivery. Shipment charges vary from variant locations. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We might make exceptions and refund the shipping fees in the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product in the delivery process. You accept and acknowledge that the sole responsibility after the delivery of the product would be upon you.

  • Return of purchased products is channelized from our 'Reverse-Logistics Partners'. On receipt of the request for the return of products, our Logistic Partners get in touch with you to collect the product. We do process returns and exchanges of purchased products with our cancellation, return and refund policies.
